We inform you that the FIRST PHASE OF THE HOUSES FOR ONE EURO INITIATIVE procedure has been launched.
In this phase we proceed with the acquisition of the availability by the OWNERS for the sale at a symbolic price of buildings located in the Municipality of Cattolica Eraclea.
Subsequently, the list of properties admitted to the initiative will be drawn up, the files of which will be available on the Municipality's website in the specific section of houses for 1 euro available at the following link: http://www2.comune.cattolicaeraclea.ag.it/cattolicaera/zf/index.php/servizi-aggiuntivi/index/index/idtesto/20090
 
Subsequently, the public notice addressed to aspiring buyers will be published, drawn up on the basis of the criteria established in the Municipal Regulations.
Potential buyers have been informed that all the information and methods of participation relating to the initiative will be promptly published on the homepage of the Municipality's website as a Public Notice, and in the Project for 1 euro houses section.
 
APPLICATIONS FROM ASPENDANT BUYERS SENT BEFORE THE PUBLICATION OF THE PUBLIC NOTICE DEDICATED TO BUYERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
THEREFORE, ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS ARE ASKED TO WAIT FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE LIST OF PROPERTIES AND THE NOTICE OF PARTICIPATION.
